Technical Architect(Reactjs & Nodejs)

• Key Responsibilities:
  - Lead the design and architecture of complex web applications using React.js for front-end development and Node.js for backend services.
  - Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization.
  - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements, system architecture, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  - Ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications by implementing industry-standard patterns and practices.
  - Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  - Analyze and troubleshoot issues across the application stack, ensuring high availability and reliability of services.
  - Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices to ensure continuous innovation and improvement of solutions.
  - Define and document architectural guidelines, technical specifications, and design patterns for the team.
  - Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices for continuous delivery and integration.
  - Ensure seamless integration with third-party APIs and services, designing effective data flows and system communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on React.js and Node.js.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing highly scalable and robust web applications.
- In-depth understanding of JavaScript and modern front-end technologies such as Redux, Webpack, and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
- Solid understanding of database technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Serverless architecture and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of security best practices and OWASP guidelines.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
